On-set Craft Service Table
Craft service is the heart of informal feeding on a set. We provide a continuous table with fresh fruit, nuts, sweet and savoury snacks, hot drinks (coffee, tea, infusions) and cold drinks (water, fresh juices, soft drinks), kept fully stocked throughout the shoot. Presentation is polished but the purpose is practical: cast and crew help themselves between takes without breaking the production's pace.
Talent / Cast Table
For lead cast, directors and special guests, we set up a dedicated talent table with gourmet selections, premium beverages and close attention to specific dietary requirements. We work from the daily production schedule to make sure each talent has exactly what they asked for available - from smoothies to light meals prepared on the spot.
Individual Meals and Snacks
For lunches, dinners or quick snacks during the shoot, we offer individual meals in sealed packaging, easy to consume on set or on location. Our gourmet lunchboxes include classic, healthy, vegan and gluten-free options, with clear allergen labelling. For smaller crews or short photo shoots, we offer snack packs and individual wraps.
Photoshoots and Commercial Productions
On fashion, beauty and lifestyle photoshoots, catering needs to be discreet, light and beautiful - both for the team and, often, for the camera. We adapt presentation to the brand's style, with coordinated tableware and mise-en-place, healthy options for models and quick snacks for the technical team.
Locations across the Lisbon region
We serve studio and exterior shoots in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Oeiras, Ericeira, Mafra, Almada and Setúbal. For remote locations we handle the full logistics: refrigerated transport, generators when required, tables, linens and pantry staff.

We know productions run on tight schedules. For urgent requests, contact us directly via WhatsApp or our contact form with shoot schedule, crew size and dates - we reply the same day and can start within 24-48 hours. For multi-week productions we set up a rolling plan with a rotating menu so the crew never repeats meals.
