A lunch box solves lunch for a meeting or a training day without breaking the schedule: everyone gets their own packed, labelled meal, ready to eat in the room, at their desk or on site. No buffet set-up, no service tables, no waiting staff.
What each lunch box contains
The Classic Lunch Box (from €11/person) holds a gourmet sandwich, salad, seasonal fruit and dessert. The Group Lunch Box (from €12/person) varies menus across the group, so a full-day training session doesn't repeat the same meal. The Healthy Lunch Box (from €14/person) is a grain bowl with grilled protein, fresh vegetables and homemade dressing, with a vegan version. The Premium Lunch Box (from €20/person) adds a cold starter, a hot dish in thermal packaging, dessert and a drink.
Office lunch catering for meetings and training
We work with companies in Lisbon and Oeiras (Taguspark, Lagoas Park) that need a working lunch delivered for client meetings, internal training and conference days. When the event only calls for a short break, our coffee breaks and buffets are the alternative; for larger company events, see corporate catering.
Vegetarian, vegan and other requirements
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available across all lines. Tell us how many people have each requirement and we prepare those boxes separately, labelled individually so nothing gets mixed up on delivery.
Allergens
Every lunch box is labelled with its menu and the allergens it contains, following the list of allergens that must be declared. If someone in the group has a severe allergy, flag it in your request so we handle that meal separately and confirm in writing what can and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery, notice and logistics
The minimum order is 10 units and we need 4 days' notice. Delivery is included within the Lisbon area; for Cascais, Sintra, Loures, Mafra, Ericeira, Almada or Setúbal, delivery is quoted by distance and time slot. We agree a fixed delivery window so the boxes arrive before lunch. For film shoots and productions, we work to the shooting schedule.
How to request a quote
Send the date, location, number of people and dietary needs through the quote request form. We reply within 2 business days with the proposal and the menu for that date.
